The BuddyCinemas website, mobile applications, and underlying brand and intellectual property are owned by Thaja FZE LLC (United Arab Emirates). The Service is operated for Indian users by Newtact Lab Private Limited (12th Floor, Manjeera Trinity Corporate, Geek Space Business Centre, Near Lulu Mall, KPHB Phase 3, Hyderabad, Telangana 500072, India) and for users outside India by Thaja FZE LLC directly. "BuddyCinemas", the BuddyCinemas logo, and associated marks are trademarks of Thaja FZE LLC. Other names, logos, and marks that may appear on the Service (for example, payment-network or partner logos) are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the relevant integration or partnership.
All films, series, shorts, artwork, subtitles, and other content made available through the Service are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws, and are owned by BuddyCinemas, our content partners/producers, or their respective licensors. Access granted to you under a subscription, rental, purchase, or token unlock is a limited, revocable license to stream for personal, non-commercial viewing — it is not a transfer of ownership, and does not include any right to download (except where we explicitly enable it), copy, redistribute, publicly perform, or create derivative works.
You may use the Service only as permitted by our Terms of Use. Automated scraping, circumvention of DRM or access controls, and unauthorized commercial use of any part of the Service are prohibited.
The Service, including all content, is provided without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. See §12 of our Terms of Use for the full disclaimer and limitation of liability.
The Service may reference or link to third-party websites, payment processors, or ad networks that we do not control and are not responsible for. Use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
